THE SHORT ANSWER
The Triumph 21 replaced the Triumph 20 in May 2023 at the same $160 list. It was an upper-only update: a structured flat-knit with better midfoot lockdown replaced the 20's snug, stretchy mesh, and the midsole and outsole carried over unchanged.
