What that means in practice:

• When you click an Amazon link here and buy something, Amazon pays us a commission. Your price is identical either way.
• Commissions do not affect what we recommend. Shoe commissions are a flat category rate, so there is no rate difference to chase between one shoe and another.
• We never display live prices. Price and availability on Amazon change constantly and whatever Amazon shows you at checkout is the real number.
• Availability notes ("sizes running out", "old stock gone") reflect our last manual check, and each page shows when that was.
