THE SHORT ANSWER
Nothing replaced the Hurricane 23 for nearly three years. Saucony ended the line after the 23 and pointed runners at the Tempus (June 2022, $160), a lighter PWRRUN PB shoe that loyalists did not accept as a substitute. The Hurricane 24 revived the name in July 2024 at the same $160: a from-scratch max-stack shoe, 38/32 mm on a 6 mm drop at 10.6 oz, with the medial post replaced by a firm PWRRUN frame.
