Saucony Guide 19
2026Stocked at Amazon9.7 oz · 35/29 mm stack · 6 mm drop
Softer compression-molded PWRRUN with CenterPath geometry and a PWRRUN+ sockliner
The Guide is Saucony's everyday stability line and the supportive sibling to the Ride. The Guide 13 ended the ISO era in 2019 with PWRRUN foam and FORMFIT, the Guide 15 became taller, lighter, and less intrusive with Hollow-Tech, and the Guide 17 made the decisive break: it removed that last discrete medial support element for a broad, rockered CenterPath platform with high sidewalls and a 6 mm drop. The Guide 18 barely changed the formula; the Guide 19 (March 2026, current) keeps its geometry while making PWRRUN softer and adding outsole rubber. This page tracks versions 13 through 19. GTX weather variants sit outside the numbered succession.

Most runners skip a version or two rather than buying every update. These compare a version against the one two updates on, with the net change rather than a single step.
We ranked the shoes that ride closest to it (a broad, rockered mild-stability daily trainer with a soft 6 mm CenterPath ride) and called out the honest differences.
