THE SHORT ANSWER
The Structure 26 replaced the Structure 25 in July 2025. It swapped the Cushlon midsole for full-length ReactX, deleted the forefoot Zoom Air unit, the first modern Structure without Air, and stands as the tallest numbered Structure yet at $145.

At a glance
- The Structure 26 is 0.3 oz lighter
- 1 mm more heel stack
- Drop is unchanged at 10 mm
- New midsole foam
- List price up $5
Every spec side by side, with the reason behind each change: Structure 25 vs 26.
Stay on your shoe, or switch?
Refined, same shoeThe 26 keeps the 25 shape and swaps the engine: full ReactX, no Zoom Air for the first time in the modern line. The ride got softer and smoother, the support reads genuinely moderate, and the consensus settled on reliable rather than fun. As geometry-based stability shoes go, it does its one job well.
Stick with the Structure 25 if
- You like the forefoot Zoom Air pop; the 26 deletes it
- Closeout 25s are heavily discounted and the character is close
Move to the Structure 26 if
- You want the softer, smoother ReactX ride
- The 25's forefoot Air pod felt lumpy at toe-off
What loyalists said about the update
Steady and unexcited, which suits the shoe. One lab called it stable as a table and built for heel strikers, most reviewers landed on reliable but not exciting, and the sharpest note was about drift: the line now weighs about an ounce more than it did eight years ago.
