THE SHORT ANSWER
The Adrenaline GTS 24 replaced the GTS 23 in November 2024 and was the biggest update in years. It moved to nitrogen-injected DNA Loft v3 foam on a much taller 39/27 mm platform and rebuilt the outsole with a rounded heel. The 12 mm drop and $140 price stayed.

Changed characterThe 24 is the rare big redesign that landed. Taller, softer, smoother, and slightly lighter, and the medial support got firmer and more present at the same time. It was the best-received Adrenaline update in years, but it is a different platform than the 20 through 23, and runners who liked the lower, firmer formula should treat it as a new shoe.
