THE SHORT ANSWER
The GT-2000 15 replaced the GT-2000 14 in August 2026 at $150, up $10. It kept FF Blast Max and the 3D Guidance System, cut half an ounce, and refreshed the upper. Reviews are still landing; the 14 remains widely available on clearance.

Stay on your shoe, or switch?
Refined, same shoeAn efficiency year, on one week of evidence. The 15 keeps FF Blast Max and the 3D Guidance System, cuts half an ounce, and adds $10 to the price; GearPatrol's launch framing was lighter and more nimble than ever. Released August 1, 2026, so full reviews and any fit verdict on the 14's toebox complaint are still ahead.
Stick with the GT-2000 14 if
- The 14 is on deep clearance and its ride carries over
- You would rather let others test the new upper first
- The $10 hike tips the value math at full price
Move to the GT-2000 15 if
- You want the lightest GT-2000 ever made
- You buy at the start of the cycle for the full size run
- The 14's fit was fine on you and lighter sounds better
What loyalists said about the update
Too new for a community verdict: the shoe had been on sale for a week when this page was last checked. The question its base will answer over the fall is whether the upper walks back the 14's pinched toebox. Check back.
